At Amora-Auckland, we ensure that all our products are shipped securely and tracked to provide you with peace of mind. We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required!

Processing Time:
Once your order is placed, please allow 1-3 business days for processing. After dispatch, you will receive a tracking link via email, so you can easily monitor your order’s progress.

Delivery Times:
While we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, please note that delivery times may vary. The estimated delivery times are as follows:

• New Zealand: 7-14 business days

Note: During promotional periods, processing and shipping times may take longer due to high order volumes. Amora-Auckland only ships on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

If your package arrives damaged during shipment, please contact us at support@amora-auckland.nz within 5 business days. Be sure to include photos of the damage, and we will assist you further.
