Thank you for your purchase! We hope you are happy with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery. Exchanging or returning can be done quickly and easily by clicking here.
RETURN PERIOD: We offer a return period of 14 days during which you may return your package without providing a reason. This period begins when you receive your package. Please ensure that the return shipment is sent back to us within these 14 days.
RETURN CONDITIONS: All items must be returned in an unworn and unwashed condition, suitable for resale, with the tags still attached. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
RETURN COSTS: Returns are at your own expense, depending on the courier and the country you are returning from.
RETURN PROCESSING TIME: If you request an exchange when registering your return, we will begin processing it immediately to ensure your exchange is completed within a few days.
We strive to process returns as quickly as possible. After receiving your return in our warehouse, we will process it within 10 working days. You can track your return shipment to see when it arrives at our warehouse. The 10 working days will start from that point. Once your refund is processed, you will receive a notification. Please note that it may take up to 3 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.

What can I do if my exchange product is no longer available?
Contact our customer service team to discuss your options. We will update you on when we expect to be able to deliver the product. If you have already initiated your return and the product is sold out, we will reach out to you to find a suitable solution.
Where can I find my order number to register my return?
Your order number can be found in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. It is a five-digit code. If you have not received this email, our customer service team will be happy to assist you.
What should I do if a product is delivered faulty or damaged?
Unfortunately, items can sometimes be damaged during shipment or production. We are here to help resolve this issue. Please email us at support@amora-auckland.nz with a picture of the damage or fault. Our customer service team will work with you promptly to find a solution.
What should I do if I want to return my order outside the return period?
Please ensure to return your items within the 14-day period before it expires. In the unlikely event that you miss this window, we offer the option to exchange the product for a replacement or a voucher. Please contact our customer support team to discuss your options.
